Pre-construction
The final architectural plans are almost done, and we're finalizing specifications, budgets and schedules before construction begins. During this process we will be working on obtaining necessary approvals and building permits. At this phase will walk with you through the site to help you visualize the placement of the home on your lot.
Final Selections
This is where we bring all the details together to create your dream home. Our design pro will help you select colors, finishes, appliances, plumbing fixtures and lighting to name a few. We've already discussed your preferences, but we're always open to your feedback and can make adjustments during this phase to ensure we are delivering toward your expectations.
Construction
In this phase, we take your design plans and build your home from the ground up. Our team works hard to ensure that every aspect of the building process meets our high standards for quality and attention to detail. We provide regular updates and site visits so you can see the progress being made and make any necessary changes along the way.
Home Sweet Home
We invite you to walk through your new home and ensure that the level of craftsmanship meets your expectations. Let us know how we did as we tour you through each room and give you an overview of all major systems and appliances. Once satisfied, get ready to settle into your new custom home and know that we will always be there for you if needed in the future.
