Rob has been meticulously hand-crafting custom luxury homes for more than 25 years. He turned his passion into a business that focuses on delivering excellence, trust and client satisfaction. Having developed and constructed countless projects throughout his career, Rob continues to redefine excellence and the custom building experience.

Gustavo Izarra

Executive Vice President

Gustavo studied civil engineering and is experienced in residential and commercial construction. His expertise is in drywall and finishes, estimations and cross-functional project management. Gustavo's primary focal area is in operational leadership and he is dedicated to building based on trust.

Sarah Sablich

Design Consultant

Sarah studied Interior Design at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and specializes in residential design consulting. She is very intuitive with trending styles, interior finishes and state of the art product lines. Sarah offers her clients sincerity along with her expertise, making the selection process a streamlined, well planned and enjoyable experience.
